Read the review, read the photos, read the roll call... seems like lots of fun! I've thought of doing something similar before, but never really bothered doing it.
I think after seeing how much fun all of you had, and the pictues and randomness, I want to do something similar here...
Looked/sounded awesome!
1) Would industrial music count as "dance music" ? ie. Front 242, Nitzer Ebb etc.?
2) Who determined what was or was not "dance music", was there a judge lol who kicked you off the decks? Honour system?
3) How was the line up determined? Because obviously, towards the end of the night, or peak time of drunkeness and people in the place, you'd have an easier time to get the place moving rather than in the early night, or towards the end when people dwindled out because it was time to go home and work/school in the morning?
4) Was (is) there a winner declared, or in the end, just for good fun, shits and giggles etc...
I really think a party like this would be GREAT to raise money too, a lovely charity event or something! All DJ volunteer time, money at door goes to a charity etc... hmmm, something to think about come the holiday season! I'm on it! Can I steal the name lol?
