it's definitely not my weakness i can take it or leave it, but jenny isn't it a good source of protein as well if u get the fat free kind? it's usually available at smoothie places too so i always just assumed it CAN be good for u.
and by the way, i'd say i do a little over a tablespoon on my toast...i don't put too much on. just a little for flavor.
*edit* also, what about hard salami? i really like to roll some up with swiss cheese and snack on that. it's kinda greasy though but u think that's good for snacking or should i switch to sliced deli turkey instead?
