listen to a lot of sets from now til then.
i dont have my own equipment but i find listening to various sets gives me an ear for when mixes are off and i do pretty well come showtime.

and me ... tomorrow I have a job interview for ... I DON'T KNOW WHAT!

My father hooked it up. It's a company that does large format printing ( banners, vehicules etc ).
I sent them my cv with all my graphic design info and stuff and they want me in for an interview on a flipping saturday 10 am ( hope this doesn't mean they are open saturdays which could force me to work weekends )

It's going to be the most ackward job interview ever!

"So, why do you think you're good for the job?"

Cause I p0wn j00 all

The only thing I know is that they ran an ad ( which I did not see ) for a Digital operators job .... sounds like the most boring thing ever. Something like cnc machining, running a printing machine or feck knows what

haha my buddy works for a printer. they do all sorts of banners and what not. he just quit working for the company that did all the printing for E3 and Apple cause his brother in law is a dick.

and dude if you know gfx design dont worry. those jobs are pretty easy to land as long as your not a dumb ass.

My father hooked it up. It's a company that does large format printing ( banners, vehicules etc ).
I sent them my cv with all my graphic design info and stuff and they want me in for an interview on a flipping saturday 10 am ( hope this doesn't mean they are open saturdays which could force me to work weekends )

The only thing I know is that they ran an ad ( which I did not see ) for a Digital operators job .... sounds like the most boring thing ever. Something like cnc machining, running a printing machine or feck knows what

CDJ1000s I'm ok with...it's the mixer that may give me some difficulties.

well my job interview went ok I guess

super chill and stuff.

Small company 7 people. They would have me working with the large format inkjet printing and stuff.

He did make it quite clear that the work can be very stressful but I totally expected that. It's printing FFS!
Sometimes they work saturdays and at times sundays

So yeah everything was as I could have imagined it. And there's 0% creativity involved

oh well let's see if I get a call back. They need someone in the next two weeks to replace someone who is leaving beginning of april
