well, tell me what im lacking.. cardio? i ran track for high school and im moving on to it for college. the track team workouts are killer, we do this killer hill workout which is fuggin crazy like almost everyday. 15 200 meter sprints is also a bitch, man.. i hated the 400 meter race!
