Eat a cup every night before bed. The casein protein in it it slow digesting, allowing your body to feed off it through the night. Especially good to eat the night after a workout.

Aside from that I eat a lot of tuna, chicken, broccoli, cashews, oatmeal, flax oil, and that's about it. =\

Yeah, it's not the most enjoyable stuff, but it's a necessary evil.

Just got back from working out. I was able to do 2 sets of 8 on flat db press after doing 2x8 60s and 2x8 70s. Im pumped. I havent lifted anything above 60lbs in 5 months or so since I tore my shoulder, this was my first real attempt at starting to move up to my old weights again. I think if I keep it easy and keep my rehab goin on my shoulder I should be able to do 90s soon and maybe in a month and a half 100s! yayyy im excited.

good question! i did some last night hehehe. usually i try not to do too many more than 3, just because i get so fucking exhausted. plus i would probably up weight once i could do more.

my friend was the king of walking lunge. he used to do them with seriously like 270lbs. i think the most i've ever done was like 180lbs. of course that was with rubber weights so you can drop them when you can't stand up anymore. it can be kinda dangerous if you do them by yourself with too much weight simply because you can get trapped under it just like any other exercise. that's what was nice about you the rubber powerlifting weights...is you could basically go til failure and throw it off when you couldn't stand up.

i miss those days *sniff*

that would be very nice to be able to do. How many lunges do you in each set though? Ive found that 14-14 pretty much annihilates me. Should i be doing less and more weight? like 8 out 8 back?

its really up to you. i think i usually do somewhere between 12-14 each way, but i think its a preference. over time i think you'll realise that the hardest part about walking lunge is the turn around. its just that stop of momentum that really gets you. so if you had room maybe you could even just go straight for like 20 or something and count that as a set. i just count there and back as a set because that's what i'm used to.
