My name's Sam, I make amateur music on software synthesizers(can't afford decks! ), I'm 18 and a half years old, and I come from near Gloucester, in Gloucestershire, heh. I'm looking for a decent clubbing experience, I'm sick of the dumbass RnB/goth metal playing clubs we get here in Glos, I want some REAL clubbing. So I'm here to learn about all the best clubs and nights to go to, so that, once I'm actually driving, I can have myself a good time.

Alright Folks,

My first post on these forums, just to say hello really and to try to get a grip on who's who etc

I thought it might be useful to jot down a couple of lines about myself by way of introduction, not that I expect folks to be massively interested

I'm Dan, I'm 28 and from Macclesfield in Cheshire. I firsted started DJing about 6 years ago as a hobby, and since then it's consumed more and more of my time, energy (and cash!!) and pretty much become my overriding obsession!

I love lots of types of music, very open minded, but prefer to DJ non-cheesy trance, proggy house and a bit of funky house when the mood takes me.

I'm one of the resident DJ's at a smallish local venue (250 capacity) so am by no means "big time" but have had the pleasure of DJing alongside Stu Allan and Rick Jones a couple of times.

So, who are you guys?
