I think that is somewhat true. Bruce will still have a large role. Keep in mind, last year he was hurt and Curtis therefore played a lot more. He's 34 years old, he shouldn't be the #1 guy anymore. He's still top 10 all-time in receiving yards.

However, in reference to best tandems at WR, we are talking about at their peaks. The Rams were the only team to score 500+ pts for 3 straight seasons in history (1999-2001). That is why I think they deserve mention at WR....

The Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell Jags DUO were the shit back in the day...

Curtis will pull a Stokley, and won't do anything this year. He's white afterall...

they were awesome, and probably the reason why brunell's stock was risen so higher than anticipated, because smith and mccardell made brunell look good.

and Kevin Curtis is white ?!?!?!?! .. haha kidding . he's another Brandon Stokley in my opinion. Best white wide receiver imo is Ricky Proehl. Hands down.

Most boring Super Bowl? Are you smoking crack!!!!! It is always considered one of the top 2 Super Bowls of all time. The end of the game came down to one freaking yard. The 77 yard TD catch to put the Rams ahead then the amazing drive by McNair. One on 4th down and 22 yards. Plus the Titans coming back from down 0-16.

i might have worded it wrong but i meant if Proehl doesn't make that catch and the bucs go on to win and play the titans...that being the most boring super bowl

Dyson down at the 1 inch line = exciting

Ok, nevermind then. That NFC championship game was compelling with the amazing Rams offense vs. the amazing Bucs defense. It's etched in my brain, especially that Proehl catch.

Bucs won the Super Bowl later though so it's all good for both of us.

That Proehl catch was amazing,i mean that guy has come up big in so many games it is ridiculous.I really hope the Falcons don't get him to come out of retirement.
speaking of white receivers why does Joe Jurevicius get no love,he came up big with the Bucs and last year with the seahawks.best white receiver ever would be Largent or Tom Waddle

With Super Bowl 36 being the BEST SUPER BOWL OF ALL TIME of course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but I don't even think 34 was one of the two best... Dyson got tackled by fletcher inside the 5 yard line, big deal, that makes it one of the two best????

Super Bowl 38 was much better than 36

36 wasn't really that exciting until the very end.

Super Bowl 34 was more of a ridiculous roller coaster ride, thus making it a much better game.
