Sorry for the page tearing when the lights go nuts. Using an older version of an encoding system that is currently in development and getting rid of it would be a pain in the butt. Don't think it takes much away from it.

Video above that Rich posted is another I encoded. As you can see, great quality for hi resolution (640x480) and at 700kbps. Just takes forever to encode.

Source file was grainy and all, which makes it harder on encoders to provide clarity, but still came out pretty well.

looks like you fixed the audio sync pretty well, it was delayed by +2 seconds before great vid except anyone know why that chic on the left looks like she's waiting in a dmv line? it's fucking new years

Actually the live count down was 2 seconds off... when i was recording the video I was like wtf... did anyone else notice this?

yeah i know i'm talking about how dave matched the vis to the audio, now the crowd response is delayed 2 seconds. you can hear the cdj start 2 seconds before ferry hits play

Nice pics! Sure beats my 1.2 Megapixel camera shots I have a few good TA pictures, but I'm too lazy to put them up. It would take me way too long to figure all that out..
