To be honest I'm sickened. Even if there was only a 0.0001% chance of it being true (and I 100% think it is) what most of you have said is truly shameful.

Same goes for you, although thyroid cancer is not that bad, it's the one with the most chances to survive, and with the least chances to develop. A classic chemotherapy is not necessary in most cases too. What is called chemotherapy for the thyroid cancer is a radioactive iodine treatment, which implies no sickness, no nausea, no diarrhea, no pain. I can even add that a simple surgery can be sufficient 70% of the time.

So, don't worry that much! There is always a hope!

In fact all the little "COR Whores" in here who have been oh so amusing. Every thread I see you post another pointless bullshit post I'm going to call out again over and over.

I agree. It's the mob mentality thing.

I know he's said a lot of funny quotes and I certainly don't agree with many of his views on the things he post here on TA, but cut the kid a little slack. Having been through a little health scare recently (and I'm paranoid and always get convinced it's cancer), I know it can be psychological tough - it probably gets REALLY tough after being told by the doctors that you do have a disease like this. The last thing you need in this situation, is a bunch of Intarweb Champions making fun of you in a daily basis.

Sure in the internet people can fake these things and pull out the victim card just to get sympathy (and if he's doing this, he's a complete utter douchebag - think football players who dive but 50x worse), but on the other hand if he's for real, the mob here is just beating the crap out of the guy's psych. You know, this means harming a real person, not just some virtual personality in the internet.

The whole "harsh and blunt as fuck" attitude so often seen here is most of the time funny, and logical when applied to many situations. In situations like this though, I think it's much better to have a little sense of humanity.
