Weak. No, that's cool. Sets went fine, but it was early and there weren't many people there. I played a bunch of kind of old stuff. Like Sasha - Fundamental (or was it Bloodluck, never remember which is which), Breeder - Tyrantanic, etc. It was good times though. Hitting the Church tonight?

Zen Fridays as usual. Trajikk, Dragon, etc. I'll probably be down there for a bit.

BLOODLOCK!

"I’m a dance floor favorite? Great! I would say the passion that I feel for the music I buy and the honesty with how I play it. I play the records I love not the ones that simply work. I’ve never taken the easy music option (which would make me a lot more money by the way) but chosen to push people a little. I try to draw people in a new direction slightly and expand their taste a little more than other DJ’s." - Lee Burridge

Thats not how I'd describe it. It was always a "dreamy" sounding track to me, due to the synth that is used heavily throughout it. You can definately hear Holden's influence on the track too.

Yeah, was kind of weak at the pit last eve.

And what is up with DJs not bringing their fookin needles?

We had to stay an extra 45 minutes or so cuz the dumb (though very attractive) bitches did bring them. Had to wait till one of the other homeboys came with theirs.

Yeah, probably the church tonight...

Chrissy? Got my records today. And I think I played Fundamental then. Bloodlock is the really chill and dreamy track then?

Yeah its good, now that I think about it I see where erik's description of it being nu skool comes in towards the beginning of the track...Definitley a kick ass track....

Anyways, bring her ass out to vinyl, lets see if we can get a big ass crew to roll on down there, I think I may have convinced Colin and his boys to roll down from Boulder, I ran into a few friends out last night and told em about it, they may or may not come so it should be a good time....
