I didn't want to spend the 9 dollars on the little digital one but they don't sell the old fashioned glass kind anymore so that was my option.

I am not a hypochondriac or anything....I have after all been living on my own since 1996 and just today bought a thermometer.

The accuracy is close enough for me. The lower temperature making me abnormal thing was more of a joke than anything. As PhloTron said to me "Well, you're far from normal....But I don't think body temperature has anything to do with it"

The squirrel decided when he woke up after 3 hours of sleep 15 minutes after he would usually leave for work that it was a day to play it safe and make sure he would not contaminate the shole shop with evil germs.

So I am home again today. At least it isn't raining.

WSQR is on...special format today, Sting and the Police all day. My library includes every song ever recorded by the best 3 man band in rock history as well as a few of my favrite songs by Sting as a solo artist.

I needed a little change of pace for my ears

i've had enough of being stuck in my apt, starting to feel a bit cabin fevery and stir crazy. hence, i have put on some normal clothes (aka, not pajamas or sweats) and will go to the bank and pharmacy today, and anything else that strikes my fancy. i've even put on some makeup in an attempt to feel normal again! hope you feel better mr. s!

I plan on doing the same (going to the bank and some other places) though I am not going to put on makup

I feel better today..just have a headache.

Coiinceidentally my 2 hour excusrion made me pretty tired too. I feel ok but I am REALLY tired today.

Went to the bank then went to Hooters for lunch (I wanted a chicken sandwich) and to CompUSA to see if the mouse I ordered for my mom for xams was what I thought it was.

So...I decided to cash in my "can o nickels and dimes" (when I have change I put pennies in a big jar, nickels and dimes in a tin can, and I leave quarters separate becuase I use them for laundry) since it was overflowing at the CoinStar machine at the grocery store. Sure the thing takes 9 cents on the dollar but it is relatively painless and you can use the reciept to buy groceries, which I did.

I had 350 (sxactly) dimes and 199 (exactly) nickels in my little can. So I got 40 bucks in groceries for basically free since I never really count teh money in that can as existing. I went on a sorta shopping spree. Bought lots of stuff for taking my lunch to work instead of going out and some other misc stuff (like 3 boxes of fruity pebbles, the greatest cereal in the history of mankind).

The rain has just changed to snow...so I am figuring it will be an oh so nasty drive into work tomorrow. My week just can't get any worse I don't think.
