haha matthias ive heard good thing about that supp. Infact I took No2 with Creatine for a while, then laid off all the supp. bullshit since it was tearing up my stomach every night. So i guess you could say that I cheated a bit. But hey, who doesnt cheat everyday?

No2 and creatine isnt cheating. I would say steroids and synthethic pro-hormones (1-test, 4ad, m1t, animal stack, ect) would be cheating but those have side effects that I dont think ANY guy wants haha. Besides they're all illegal now.

whether or not any of this is cheating is whatever...I just know its necessary for my line of work lol. (unloading trucks of 1500 boxes by hand, stocking the entire store in less than 7 hours, only 3 other guy to help ya lol) Ironically....two of the other guys are named Julio but I got respect for em cuz DAYUM they work fast.

also....and this might not sound appealing to alot of people on here, but I gauruntee you it works. If your lookin for a cheap protein source, instead of spending tons on milk, shake mix, etc... buy a dozen or so eggs... and twice a day seperate the egg whites from 6 eggs, no yokes, and drink that straight. You'll be consuming 50-60 grams of protein (depending on the size of the eggs) without taking in any fat or cholestoral (unless you eat the yokes too, for weight gainers this might be an option) few few guys I knew in the Marines and a few who were boxers did this.

eat the whites from 5-8 eggs (depending on body mass, lift for 45 minutes then go run 3-5 miles each morning..and you'll be good to go.
