if it makes you feel better, the two girls i've loved the most were scottish. I don't know why it happened that way, it just did. Personally, I take a lot of shit for being english, but im happy to do so, why be ashamed (and you're obviously not to be scottish) there's just a minority in real life who take this bullshit too far.

Thanks, I understand what you mean. I don't believe in the whole prejudice crap like the Scots are the more favorable race towards foreigners (I hate it when some Americans hype about us. A haggis is NOT and animal for fuck sake, it's a type of food make from sheep internals, which we only eat ONCE a year), the Irish love Guiness and anything green and the English are dead arrogent and a bunch of arseholes... I don't believe in this shit. It's what the individual is like and how you get on with them.

... I had to get that off my chest.

To the TA newbies: Don't rely on making ALL your friends on message boards (unless you already know some in real life). Unfortunatly some people rely on them too much and can start to believe everything people say. Don't fall for this. There's a reason why you're all human beings and that's too LIVE. Make this as one of your pastimes like listening to music, reading a book, watching TV, doing art, whatever. If you are able to make good friends or able meet up with people from here, then this is a achievement and proves the sites real purpose.

:: Apologies if I was being a bit patronising ::

:: Calms down from heated expression ::

Um.. yeah I don't mind haggis actually. You can get a variety of them like curry haggis and even vegetarian haggis. It's the neeps (turnips) I don't like with it. Guiness I haven't tried yet, I'm more of a wine/mixer/alchopop kind of drinker. Magner's is nice too despite not being a fan of cider/beer/lager.
