Well, I did an experiment.
I thought maybe the settings had been changed.
There were two threads, one in MD and one in COR where a TA made the thread then deleted the original post but instead of that resulting in the thread disappearing, the 2nd post in the thread became the first post.
So I tried it thinking they made it so people couldn't delete threads.
I deleted the first post and the whole thread was gone, as usual.
I wonder why those two threads (the one in MD and the one in COR) didn't delete when the thread starter deleted their first posts.
Maybe the 2nd poster clicked submit at the exact same moment that the first poster clicked the delete button.
