try emailing them and tell them to add the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets (the person you sell them to).

I do not have a credit card so I had to use someone elses, but it gave me the option to add a name for the person who will be picking them up (in this case me).

Im sure you can arrenge the same with their support team.
