I am not saying there is anything wrong with poaching an egg, just that you could get better results with simple tomato juice and the same seasonings. Marinara is a little thick to do the job imo.

so tonight i'm putting chicken breasts in a tin baking dish and surrounding them with a can of organic diced tomatoes in oregano, basil & garlic. adding some small red creamer potatoes around the sides with some additional seasoning and then baking. serving over long grain rice that is seasoned with olive oil, salt & pepper.
