I don't like fb. My cousin wife sent repeated request to be my friend. I hardly ever talk to my cousin and have even less contact with her. I finally was forced to add her after my brother said she was upset and asking him why I wouldn't add her.

So I guess you've never made friends with someone who started off cool, but then over time you learned they weren't as cool as you initially thought? You've found and kept perfect friends/relationships right from the start? That's impressive.

This girl used to be a pretty good friend of mine, but because of reason stated above, we drifted apart. Now she's just my hairdresser. She STILL talks about shit we got up to 10 years ago. The same stories, over and over, every time I go in. She "brags" about those times to others in the hair salon saying shit like "OH MAN GOOD TIMES WE WERE SO BADASS" and I'm just like "Uhh yeah, heh."

Of course I have relationships like that. Isn't that why facebook has the option to remove friends from your list though? So you can cull people you've outgrown?

I think you like having them around. For the lulz, that is.

I sometimes ponder getting back on Facebook just for the lulz. So many idiots out there posting away...

Well yeah, but there are exceptions. Some people you just learn to live with their ways, and she's one of them. I only have to see her once every 5-6 weeks for a hair cut and color, and that's the extent of our relationship. Plus it's fun to bitch about other people's shortcomings.
