although it's funny i had a lot of guilt over not going last night. i was like, "damn ur such a loser jamie u should have gone"



i really like going to the gym i feel great afterwards. i was always coming home and cracking open a bottle of wine every night to release all my stress and nervous energy, but this is a much better way to channel it.

i go for the same reasons...my job drives me insane sometimes and i need time to calm down. makes me feel good and i don't have to go home feeling negative.

yea that works too, i don't mind lifting while on vacation. it's probably the only thing i do when i go on vacation. i had to atleast run and lift, then again pool and beach sounds like a plan.
