Yeah - every time I upload my resume to any of them that say "Just upload a word doc!" they seem to want to completely reformat it and put information in utterly retarded areas.

I wish there were easier ways to just submit resumes to some of these companies/schools.

yeah job finder sites do suck. and they arent very good places to find a job really. they are full of tons of junk with those few good ones in there

Yeah - I just needed a major break from studying for a symbolic logic exam, so I decided to just kind of troll a few and see if there was anything interesting on them.

There were a few that I liked and wanted to submit resumes for - but a couple of the sites completely fucked up my resume, so I decided to just to try and find the organizations homepage and see if I could just send it as an email attachment directly instead of using the "middle man."

lol unfortunately some places use the job sites exclusively. they will post them on their site but they dont post anywhere else. sad too.
