brian do you have a good core workout you could recommend? i'm tired of doing what i do and i think my core could be much stronger. i won't do pilates because it nearly puts me to sleep and i need to listen to good music while i exercise or i slack off.

I can give you a crazy ab work out, it's called 30min abs and you will die hahaha my friend who is a gymnist put me through it and i can say, yes I've died a few times over and a few days after hahaha

i've added some stuff to the work out and removed some stuff but if you want to seize up your mid section, let me know and we can roll around on the mat like fish out of water together hahah

i haven't been running outside though since it's been so hot so i've been measuring on the treadmill. i need to get back into the park to run the south loop some more, that'll give me a good estimate of my pace for our media challenges.
