I've been working out intensively in last 2-3 months and I've gained extra 4 pounds after stagnating for 8 months, which is big deal because I'm a hardgainer. I'm more satisfied with my looks than ever and I intend to keep it that way at least for a while. I look forward to going to gym even after an 8 hour shift in warehouse. I starter drinking whey proteins 2-3 weeks ago for the first time after 3.5 years and it really helps me keep up the pace with the day.
