lululemon is cute but i could never get into spending a lot on something that i solely wear to sweat in. i buy nike / adidas shorts, sports bras and shoes. as for shirts i wear one of my 18 billion free tshirts or i go out and buy a package of tank tops. i don't feel so bad about throwing that stuff out. aside from matching and wearing clean clothes i am not into looking cute in the gym because i don't really care

I've decided to gain sponsorship and run the London Marathon next April.

Any jogging fanatics out there like to share some tips on how to get prepared physically for this 26.3 mile slog across the city?

I'm hoping to run the course in under 4 hours and I'm already doing 4-5 mile runs in 30-35 mins once a day to ease into it.
