Ok so here's the deal.
I have decided to quit TA for now; take a break, focus on something else.

My "relationship" with this site is totally unhealthy and I am cutting it off but I want to pursue this little photoshop battle project I started.
I would feel embarassed if I let you guys waiting for the rest so I will remain around for this.

Besides this week has been utter hell, actually the past couple weeks have been hell.
Today of all days I was so freaking angry as I was negociating with a company for this IT project and bleh I almost broke a phone in the process .... everything that could have gone wrong did!

And to make things even worse late tonight I decided to go around for a walk. Took a bunch of pictures with my phone as I kept finding patterns that were god sends ... they all seemed to correspond with the project .... AND THE FREAKING PHONE DIED!
It told me the memory was full and I needed to clear some space .... mind you ... it kept rebooting endlessly and giving me this "low memory" message I thought I was going to kill the thing.
Managed to fix it when I get home and sweet irony I decided not to use a single picture I took after all the frustration

So here's my rant.

I love you all. Some more than others

Whoever wants to go next needs to let me know. I'll send them the link to the psd file.
I think that now we are at the second pass we should switch around the order a bit so don't take the order that I wrote on the first page as set in stone.

If pvdAngel or whoever else wants to go next just let it be known

Yesterday was such a horrible day but I came up with this wonderful idea for a video art project and I hope to get it commissioned/supported by the city ( I have connections with all the art museums here so that should help ... I'm a Vip at all their parties ... like any of you would care ).

Being at the bottom sometimes brings you back to the top and gives you new ideas.

hey, we all have days like those... but at least something good came of it! i'd definitely be interested to see your video project when you're done with it.

I'm not aiming for anything particurlaly artistic as that is clearly not the goal with my idea.
Without going into specifics I plan on making it an interactive and/or self operating video installation that would involve two screens.
I could very easily do that myself without any support from anyone. Bootleg style


Now what I would really like to do would be at least 3 screens ... or better yet 8 ( for making a 360 degree projection ) but I would need some financial help for renting the filming equipment and I would also need legal authorization to film it ( as it involves blocking road traffic ... this is the part were you scratch your head and think wtf is jdat planning? ) ... yes muchos hassles.
