Hasn't Yakubu led the Premiereship over the last 3-4 seasons with 50 odd goals? I think 1/4 of them have been penalties but still...he is a quality striker that finishes CONSISTENTLY and is rarely injured...unlike Andrew Johnson as much as I like him.

This work permit business is rather silly but I look forward to Everton making a run at something substantial this year. Isn't everyone just a LITTLE tired of the big four (really big 2 or 3 these days since Arsenal have faded) claiming the title and FA cup every single year?

edit: Only Henry scored more goals than Yakubu the last few seasons.
