Prozac is a Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI), i.e. it helps people with low levels of serotonin (depressed) feel better. pretty sure it's been covered here, too.

Flight 643 was actually made up after tiesto experienced some turbulences on flight KL643 (Amsterdam to JFK). The track's fading during the breakdown describes the lost of control and the helplessness in such a situation. You simply can't dance anymore because of the lack of structure in that part. Suddenly, the beat sets in and everything is fine again

Da Hool is just a little playaround of Hooligan. According to Frank (Da Hool/DJ Hooligan) himself, "Eichelrück" as a whole doesn't really mean anything. It's just 2 random words put together just because it looked and sounded good at the time. Eichel = acorn, rück = back.
