well i've never heard of the name Joel posted but i have heard about THIS drug that paralysises the victim and you can do whatever to them cause they can move...they had a segment on Current Affairs about this drug..
This one story when a person victimised a girl and raped her BUT left the door open so she was raped like 10 or more times even by the security guard.
