i refuse to wear pants ever to workout, i just don't like them. i don't like shirts with sleeves either unless it's cold outside and i have to be somewhat cold. it takes a lot for my legs to get that cold.

did a sick leg workout and i haven't grocery shopped so i had minimal food for after my workout. whipped up some rice with chicken breasts sauteed in peanut oil and added a small can of peas & carrots lol salt & pepper. it's not that bad it's like a little chicken rice bowl.
it's really funny how my eating habits have changed now that i'm back in gym mode. i used to go all out planning these really nice meals (for myself lol) and watch food network and drink wine while i cooked for myself bla bla bla...now i come home from the gym and im like, "ok i need protein fast!" crack open a can of tuna and add some tomato and salt & pepper and wolf it down. bam...dinner's done. lol
