lol.
I heard somewhere, can't remember for the life of me where, that there's a 3 mile test somewhere that determines a certain level of cardiovascular fitness.
A time between 18 and 25 minutes can determine how fit you are. Is that something I've made up or is there any truth in that at all?

as for the 3 mile cardio test, i don't know of such test unless Sal(trunks) does, he runs with the nike team (I don't lol) so he probably would know more. Anything I do is from my own research and my own testing of myself. I don't think I run good enough to run with the nike team anyways so I'd rather laugh at myself then have people drag my ass or hold up the back of the pack. |

I'll continue to do some of my own research as before then, thanks for the heads up about the NYC Training schedule, I've found it quite useful already. Of course, whether you do a marathon in China, London, NY, it's pretty much the same distance.
