i hate SUVs in general (except for moving ). i can't see any good reason for there to be so many fucking gigantic cars on the road. aside from the environmental and economic implications of burning that much gas, they're just huge! waste of money, waste of space, shitty to drive. they're all compensating for something.

I HATE Escalades...no point in having one if you live in or near a city. I especially hate the ones with the half suv half pick-up. Whats the point?

The Avalanche is one I would think about buying for a couple reasons...the biggest of which is if you fold down the pass through you can fit a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the bed/backseat. But your truck is still the same size as a shortbed pickup. That is a big deal for me because an extended cab pickup with a longbed is waaaaaay too big for me.

But since I can't afford to pay 38,000 dollars for ANYTHING and I don't like the exterior design they went with (I loved the prototype though) I am not going to get one anytime soon.
