yea I've been pushing that for a while in here and finally someone else "gets it" Excess carbs is the cause for most of the fatties of America. Stick with it man, I use it in between bulking phases when I start to get a few pounds of fat I need to shed quickly and...safely.
Edit: BTW get your carbs from a high fiber veggie like Broccoli, as with all that meat/protein, u will need some fiber for when u....
