I'd like to add also that having 'the cut' at 14, I am able to give a first hand comparison of masturbating with uncircumcised and a circumcised penis. I found that there was almost no difference. After being circumcised there is still enough skin for 'gliding', although it doesn't look like it. The sensation was also the exact same, as was the climax.

But it wasn't exposed for 14 years, so didn't get the damange exposure causes in that time.

Yeah the nerve endings in the foreskin (which are removed) aren't particularly sensitive. The sensitive part is the glans (head) of the penis, where most of the pleasure nerve endings are located. In human genitalia (as for most mammals) we can see many equivalent parts between male and female. If you lok at the underside of your penis you may see a line - this is actually a sort of scar which occured whe the "labiae" you have during early foetal development fused and grew to form a penis. In the same sense, the glans is the male equivalent of the clitoris.
Now when the foreskin is removed, what you have essentially removed is a protective sheath covering the glans - in many ways changing the nature of the organ. The constant chafing the glans experiences actually thickens the skin on it and kills off a few of the nerve ending in the glans - making it far less sensitive. If you don't believe me, pull back your foreskin and walk around like that for a day... it will be extremely uncomfortable, if not painful (for girls - you can just imagine what it would be like to have your clitoris on the outside, with no hood/labiae to protect it constantly rubbing against your underwear. For most cut guys this is not a problem as their glans has become desensitized. So us uncut guys definitely have a more sensitive pen0r.
