on a serious note...
i think its all about switching it up.
when i first started working out i'd do 5 sets per exercise, 20 reps per set for about 6-7 different exercise. i thought it worked great, but of course things have changed a little since then. i usually still do 5 sets per exercise, but i definitely try and hit 12 reps.
yeah I agree. Since this thread started Ive started mixing up and throwing some exercises that I wasnt doing before and Ive already noticed slight changes in composition. That ExRx site also helped with some new ideas.
I was also realizing i was getting myself into a rut by doing the same weights every damn time hehe. So ive started pushing it and having hard workout again.

yeah...don't get lazy and leave the weights at the same weight...you gotta try and increase. i remember i used to increase weight at least 5lbs every other time. i think increasing the amount of weight you can do definitely helps you to gain size.
