Hopefully at this point you understand the difference between credentials and elected positions, otherwise ill re write this in crayon, add some scratch and sniff patches and some pop up pages and mail it to you..... with some finger paint....

While a piece of paper doesnt bestow intelligence, one requires a fair ammount of intelligence to obtain said pieces of paper.
