Last night I felt it for the first time, this country becoming one with the beautiful game.
These were not hundreds, but thousands singing, dancing, celebrating beeping car horns, marching through George Street which became our Champs Elysees.

gotta love the clip (the third one 3:20)
I went to Star City for this match, all because I couldn't be bothered walking back to Cheers Sports Bar on George St.
Star City Casino arranged seats in a way where it resembled a cinema. Thought the atmosphere was way below par in here, its just not the way I'm use to in other pubs.
From the early moments of the Japanese pressure, my emotions came out
"f-ckin c-u-n-t!, get stuck in, into the c-u-n-t." I was a bit peeved off, when the person next to me, asked me to stop swearing.
I felt this huge crowd was a 'sing when your winning' type. And it was.
Thankfully if anything is going to get people to sing and chant, it had to be an equaliser and a winner, and for spoilt brats...a third.
Just I've learnt with Liverpool's European Cup final comeback of 2005, and the FA cup final of 2006; in Football theres this unknown feeling, which brings an ounce hope in a universe full of doubt. AND how that magic unfolds, I just do not know.

A few points from the game:
- Bresciano is quality and linked up with the strikers first half very well...nursing an ear infection you could tell it affected him second half.
- Cahill, must be still nursing an injured knee for him not to start. You dont see a player play with more passion or hunger than this guy. Kudos to the abo.
- Wilkshire, Emerton have to go... both for the fucken tip.
- Next game i think we will see cahill, culina and the crab (vinnie Grella) play central, with brescia out wide right and kewell out left. I wouldnt be suprised to see kennedy get a start next game, or even aloisi for that matter.
- Culina out left, emerton in middle and wilkshire out right didnt work.
- Might see some players rested against brazil, and australia play a more damage control game. Goal difference could play a big part in us qualifying.
- SCHWARZER IS FOR THE FUCKEN TIP. How do you let a little fucken japanese school girl fairytap you off the ball. if you come, come out like you mean it. Swarzers first 120 in 2nd leg of Australia nearly cost us the match (saved us with his penalty heroics)...The goal against netherlands, was his fault and then last night made 2 or 3 clangers. Heart in the mouth. Once more i need to say it... SCHWARZER YOU ARE FOR THE FUCKEN TIP.
ps. GO Aussies ahahaha

That's me in the corner, That's me in the spotlight, I'm Losing my religion, Trying to keep up with you ,And I don't know if I can do it, Oh no, I've said too much,I haven't said enough, I thought that I heard you laughing, I thought that I heard you sing, I think I thought I saw you try.
But that was just a dream, That was just a dream, But that was just a dream, Try, cry, why try? That was just a dream ,Just a dream, just a dream, Dream
