Depends on the store, but you can still get pseudoephedrine in some way, shape, or form right on the shelves.

No Wisconsonomics here, though there is a very bad problem with speed here in Sydney. They made it so you couldn't wander in off the street and buy 100 boxes of cold tablets. Make you hand over the drivers licence and only sell you 1, that just made the bikers who made most of the stuff just get guns and go hijack trucks instead...
