these stupid bitch-ass hoes came in tonight. our a/c in the bar is broken right now and they complained to a manager, wanting their dinner for free. it was too hot for them yet they stayed for like 5 hours. i made them some drinks and they said they were awesome and asked me my name. i told them, and the one girl said "ok good. cuz when we write this huge complaint about how your manager didnt even apologize for the a/c, and your other bartender rob has no personality, we want to make sure we say that you took good care of us." well about an hour later, some of the regulars came and in and since they missed our Bartender Championships, they asked me to put on a little show for them (flair) so i'm like ok. i gave them a show and then rob came up to me and said "just so you know, those girls were talking about you while you were flipping the bottles." i asked what they said and he said they said "oh good we get to watch her make a fool out of herself and drop bottles everywhere. what does she think she is? coyote ugly? sorry but i dont think so".... then 5 minutes later they were being all nice to my face - 2 faced bitches. and before i was leaving they asked rob why he never smiles and he says "sorry but i dont find it amusing when people talk shit about my other bartenders." well anyway i hung around until they were leaving and then i coincidentally went out behind them (off the clock and out of the building) and i said to the one bitch (who was wearing this skin-tight white mesh shirt that she really couldnt fit in) "Oh by the way.... i cant believe you actually stuffed yourself into that shirt and went out in public like that and then have the nerve to say that I made a fool out of myself. that's pretty funny. and if you have something else to say, say it to my face. why dont you go back to the woodlands with the rest of the $2 hoes."
yeah. this it the kind of people i deal with. and i will probably get fired for that, even though i was out of the building. but i cant stand people like that. its not cool to be 2-faced. |
Damn, so a day in the life of the glittergirl isn't nearly as easy as it's made out to be.
Seriously though, service industry jobs are tough!!! You have to deal with some real a-holes and that's definitely not a pleasant task.
I hope you see some better days soon because you seem like a nice person who doesn't deserve having to deal with the BS you described.

I know. This sucks so bad. I'm still really upset. But I'm proud of myself, because I quit smoking a few days ago, and I haven't picked up a cigarette even though I'm all stressed.
