Well, this is quite the development. Hopefully with your line of reason, it would follow that if there is greater good derived from the Quran than bad, then Islam has helped mankind (as all religions have, in my opinion, even those who believe only in science have their contributions to society).
I understand you position, but hopefully, in recognizing the positive value in the Quran you'll realize that Islam is not a religion that breeds terrorism, but twisted freaks who will believe in anything, and COINCIDENTALLY have the Quran (as well as self-proclaimed scholars who act like prophets in front of their students, inspiring them to kill innocent people), are the ones that breed terrorism.
That is cult-like behaviour and Islam is not a cult.
