The first LoL was natorious for letting in more people than capacity, and it was PACKED beyond belief.
The thing is, they will let in people without tickets, cause those people will buy them at the door. They are probably ahead in the lines, ahead of the ticket holders. It happens at a lot of events. People with tickets show up late, and expect to get in. They just have to wait till enough people leave, for them to go in.
