There's no point in continuing this cause you aren't quite understanding what we're trying to say.
Yes, I competely agree with you that a horse would not just start the course and completely the course as it would with a rider on its bad...
I think the issue, as Margs stated, is that the equipment has a brain, it has the ability to think on its own (which does make it harder) and thus can process its own thoughts...
