yea i could go for some fitness right about now. half my face is like melting because i have no umph. i keep smoking these fagit ass cigarettes and they are like the biggest buzzkiller in the world.

After I get done with rehab class tomorrow, i'm going to the gym once again.
my goal?
every day, i want to do SOMETHING. i'm sick of being lazy and lathargic when it comes to working out on my own.
in 2009: i want to accomplish the following:
- be able to do 25 pullups non-stop
- gain at least 2" around my biceps (i don't even know what they are now, but i know they are small as shit)
- run the 1.5 mile PT test in under 11 minutes.
- i want to see my abs. like, seriously, w/out having to flex...like, they're just there. (i realize this will come with a combonation of proper diet as well, not just exercise)
anyone else have some gym goals for the new year?
also, when i move to oklahoma and get my own place, i'm totally buying that pullup-bar thing for your doorway
double edit,
also i want to get rid of my neckfat that i've developed over the year. i dunno how the fuck to do that; but i want my chiseled jaw line back!

Its because your insulin is low after an intense lift resulting in more effective fat loss. At least that's what my old college hockey coach said.
