God I wish that would happen to me Ever since a good friend started selling pot, I've had unlimited access to amazingly good pot at cost price. My reasoning is that this won't last forever, so I need to take advantage now while I can; but I'm getting sick of it. I love wired, but there is one thing that I have a hard time with. This "gestalt" argument. First off, things that were baked in an over 100 years ago, are no longer in, on, or around that oven. Why? The heat has burned that shit off 99 years ago. So that, in and of itself, is patently false. I don't disagree that Food cooked in an oven does usually taste better after the oven has been used for a year or so, but fucking 100 years? Come on. Recipe, temperature at which cooked, and the chemical makeup of the water, are the most important things.

I had never seen it used in reference to food before - in philosophy it turns up all the time and means something like "conceptual framework", which really doesn't make sense in terms of pizza.

Either way, the ovens do have a ton to do with it.
