It's a cultural thing.. just like shaving legs, armpits, tanning skin, wearing makeup.. is it really that hard to understand? Why do people get boob jobs? Yes they may be consenting adults, but do you think some of them are in the right state of mind when they do it, (ex. that girl in Germany who died last week after 6 breast enhancements?).
