good guess bro...I work out at Golds Gym here in Buffalo, and I also do some training on the side for people.
let me start off by telling you that it's 80% diet. you cannot BELIEVE the control you have over your body style, weight, and body fat% when you eat a clean diet, and know what every bite is doing for your nutritional goals.
weights and cardio are the easy part to grasp
weights - form, # of reps, how to makke sure you're getting the most of your workout for the muscle in focus on each rep.
cardio - heart rate control (not just get on and run, there's a science to going slow)
