When dressed to go out, like that picture, you could probably pass for up to 27. It's not a bad thing, hell I'm 25 and look 21-22. I'm sure that other settings and attire would make you look 22-23 or, as you said, 18 at times.

I look a lot older when I dress nicely than if I wear basketball shorts and a t-shirt/wife beater.
