160 is not bulk...why don't you aim a little higher?

because i dont want to be bulky. I do alot of rockclimbing. I want to keep me strength to bodyweight ratio very high.

just got back from the gym, my legs are tight as shit from my lower body workout yesterday but it feels damn good. gotta stretch again before i sleep tonight for sure and again tomorrow morning.

oh i never feel it until the next day either way convincing yourself its fun is key to finishing out a workout. that's why i can't run there is no way in hell i can convince myself i like it even remotely.
