as for the sauna i love laying there for like 30min clears my mind and i feel like i'm sweating out toxins. either way, there is some crazy 100lb girl who does yoga at like 180 degrees for an hour with pants no less. she's out of her damn mind  . i can bearly lay there for 30min let alone do stuff during double that time period. its funny because at that particular gym the sauna is the size of a large walk in closet so she uses the entire floor...
