Scores afterwards are BEAT/MELODICS/SELECTION
Dj Koolaide.
Another spot on mix, with very very beat matching and good melodics. Similiar to last mix in feel, but with a far less ambient feel. Selection was good and it flows nicely.
22/21/22
Cliff Ellis
Superb opener, fantastic feel throughout the mix. Beat matching was good as was the selection, odd times the melodics were a slight bit out, but nothing to wince at. Alittle long for a CD mix, but that's how it goes, you never wanna stop.
21/21/20
Psychotrance
Er, Ralf Fridge man turns in a blinder. Real trance, real cheese and real different to the last mix, which was a bit "same" all the way through. Nothing like this. Real good feel, selection was epic and everything worked. Beats were good, odd mistake was there, but thats fine. Real shocker and great mix.
21/20/23
Spirit Fingers.
Oddest name ever surely, but a good result. Trance all the way, great feel and superb appeal. Some real classics in there to keep the head nodding in agreement. Beats good, as were melodics mostly. Selection was above average.
20/20/21
Ian.
Like a Mr Kipling's, Nice! Great feel and some stormers in there. Levels were all over the place, which was a pain. Selection was great, a few tech trancers in there to prick the ears up, Ben Sims styleeee.
21/21/21
Uncle Montana
Great selection, but missed beats and melodics ruined a few transitions. Levels were out at times but, the effort was really there as the selection seemed well planned.

Jake J.
An absolutely spot on mix, with one of the best selections here. It flows along brilliantly throughout and mistakes were almost non-evident. A Very big arena feel to it made it a pleasure to listen to. Some of the tracks were stormers too, Green Atlas and Murder was the Bass being favourites of mine. Great Mix that man!.
22/22/24
DJ MD.
Another great selection of good, flowing tunes. Some amazing transitions, which show how its done, some though niggled by melodics. The Beat matching was excellent though, and the flow was fantastically engineered. The Pace of the tracks seemed too slow at times though. Basically, I will increase the tracks +6 to +10% in pitch, it will shorter the run time but it will then feel less dragged.
21/19/21
Resonate.
A very different mix, very mixed tones and genre's. Essentially, to me it works well, mixing was very good in most parts. Melodics are the hardest usually to hit but this was executed well mostly in the mix. Selection was varied and the idea to use new and 1992 material was dangerous. But for me, it worked fine, very fine to be fair.
23/23/23
DJ Hyoctane.
Levels. Thats the start off here. When prepearing a mix, a good demo first will show up any level issues. Levels here were all too flat, too plain. Mixing was fine, as was the melodics through the majority. Good try.
20/19/19
Dj Warden
Class opener. Melodics here were the undoing, some real clashes stalled the flow, some were excellent. Beats were well timed. Selection was very good, almost oakenfold-like! Great attempt.
21/20/22
Greg and Peter.
Ok, spot the trance lovers!! This mix had everything, the beats matched throughout, the feel was deep and solid, melodics flowed with only a couple of clashes, selection was epic. Levels were nicely kept. Very good to drive to.

DJ Magicbas
Nice little mix this. Does have it's errors, but no real nasty shocks. Beats at times misplaced, melodics were sometimes at the forefront and selection was varied. But - importantly, it works well. Great effort.
20/20/20
Marius Linauskas
Another solid mix from an almost winner last time around. Good mixing, odd glitch, nothing bad though. Melodics were above average through alot of the mix. Pleasure to have on PC
21/21/23
Rockabye.
Solid, Hard and solid is the term. Blistering selection was evident. Alot of thought went into this mix. Melodics were nice, beats too were well placed. This is, in my book, a top 5 mix here.
22/23/22
DJ Sphere.
Opener set the mood. I am a fan of the moody opener, ambient like-melodic. Great start. Odd amount of tracks, not many to be exact. Nice beat matching, infact VERY good. Melodics were superb too. One error though, not enough difference within the tracks, it was very "normal" throughout. But , yet again, it works! Attention at times to Levels required.
23/21/22
DJ Audun
Here goes Audun, fresh from the last win. Is it a sequal, or new start. Beat matching, was matched almost throughout. Selection was made as last time, very well. Melodics though, at times did cause my ears to pick up on it. Another set which also suffered level faults.
23/21/23
DJ Wolf
Top notch. Put together very very well, highly well mixed. Melodics were above par. This was a top 3 mix without doubt. Great effort.

I think that's very fair
My mix into gatex was a bit dodgy for a start, it came in quicker than I wanted it to, think i cued it too early tbh. Hallucinogen is a class tune but the only version I can find is quiet. Enjoyed mixing subraumstimulation, there's a lot to be done there, allows a lot of scope. Not happy with Asino or D-Clash tbh, the levels are bad there and I think that I killed the flow in a way. Incident, well my favourite tune of 2004 and I love it that pitched up!
Happy with the flow into the 2 preach tunes, and the rest of the mix is ok but I think 15-28 mins lets me down a lot, but I wasn't being too serious anyway. I Love music with energy and I think I put a good display tune-wise of myself

See, Not alot of familiar patterns there at all!!!!
Just shows what some people score against, and what others ignore as they get the feel of the mix.
None of the mixes made me wince or cringe whatso ever, unlike last time (Pyschotrance will be the first to grin lol) because idea's were picked up, talents grew and confidence too!
So looking at the scores, the overall winner was my number 5 with the last winner!! Which means other had the man higher My number 2 got dropped to 5 in the main, maybe the old with the new, the beat matching or the flow.
DJ Pyschotrance ends up last overall, I get him mid-table. Thats the beauty of it, it's all about tastes. Which is why it's a top job judging
SO GET ON WINMX, Search for TACOMP and see what you were up against!
