The macaroni incident was pretty mild. I blame it on spiral never ending pencils.

One of the more bizarre tales in the book is about Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx holding a contest “to see who could go the longest without washing, showering or bathing in any way, yet still be able to sleep with groupies without them being ill or bailing out.”

So for two months they ignored their personal hygiene all while having sex with multiple girls on a nightly basis.

Everything came to a head when a young groupie giving Sixx oral vomited all over him, unable to handle the foul stench. The event became known as ‘The Spaghetti Incident’, as the girl had eaten pasta beforehand.
