Getting tickets for the san siro is fairly easy. You'll get them from most banks (not sure if it's a specific bank) I think it may be any bank in milan. I doubt a game against torino would sell out so you should be able to get tickets up until more or less the day of the game.

I had the good fortune of being in Milan while both Inter and AC Milan celebrated their championships
