so... i just got done talking to a cop because apparently 4 guys with guns ran into the house across the street from ours and pushed a guy out of a 3rd story window. one shot was fired and it was in the direction of our house. he asked if everyone inside was okay and i told him that i got home after all the paramedics had been called and no one else was home besides the cat.

he told me to go back inside and make sure there wasn't a bullet in the house.

i live right between the trendy neighborhood of downtown Milwaukee and the ghetto area of Milwaukee. i actually love my neighborhood, and i'm most likely sticking around here regardless of the crazy shit that happens.
